I used one of my storm photos taken a while back of a thunderstorm anvil with an insane Mammatus cloud display and done a contrast and hue shift to recreate the V-GER cloud from the 1979 film Star Trek: The Motion Picture and combined a heavily edited photo of one of my Diamond Select Starship Enterprise models of Captain Kirk's Enterprise that I own. http://www.moddb.com/groups/star-trek-fan-club/images/enterprise-1701-refit-model#imagebox Came out way better than I imagined. This also proves how storm structure can appear to be otherworldly.
